Trace Elliot TA35R

Not the best thing in the world, but man… I used to think that an acoustic guitar amp isn’t really worth the investment except if you’re gigging, but I’ve proved myself wrong. I dropped by Lee Lian’s aunt’s house last night and this thing was tucked away at a little corner unused. So I asked if I could borrow it, since my cousin-in-law-to-be is away in Australia and isn’t using it…. man that thing is heavy for its size.
If I had the cash, I’d shell out for an amp, cos now I think it’s worth it. It does sound different coming out of an amp, and not to say that the guitar doesn’t sound good alone, but I guess it’s about entering a different sonic level all together. Gives it that ‘live’ feel. Now if I can find a way to get a mic working with that thing. Listeners beware!
Hello,
I have a TA35R too, and I agree with you, it’s a good amp, but mine make somme strange noises and I’m looking for the electronic shema or some photographies of it. In fact, I think it’s a problem with the alim. Have you got some idea, please?
