petrol price increase?

Apparently, a little bird told me that the price of petrol in Malaysia will increase 10 sen, soon. Don’t quote me on this.
update:
well, apparently newspapers started publishing reports way into the night, confirming the price hike. At 10pm, gas stations were packed full of cars, and credit card lines were heavily congested. I only went to the Bangsar Mobil station because I was really running on empty. I had to borrow cash from my friend to pay for my petrol because the credit card line kept disconnecting.
Why in the world do people go all out to save a couple of bucks? I’m sure they lose a lot more elsewhere.
