tired but thankful

I’m back from Penang, and I’m absolutely worn out. The back of my mom’s MPV gets really bumpy especially at higher speeds. No chance to nap. I had to control my drool at one point, and I seriously could not understand where all that saliva was coming from, and for what reason.

Anyway, I’m just glad to be able to relax in front of my SyncMaster 765MB, which has served me well thus far. And although I’m really tired, I’m really thankful that God blessed our time as a family while we were all together. It was indeed unfortunate and sad that a relative of mine had passed away, but listening to the testimony of how he came to know the Lord, I was really touched and encouraged.

Somehow, I think about my friends and relatives who aren’t saved, and how they view us as Christians. I guess I have to be honest and say I don’t know what to do or say sometimes, for what can truly express my relationship with God? Can words ever convince a person of how real God is to me?

I guess that’s why we call it a miracle, because we don’t know what God is up to, and when He does show up, He does wonderful things like this through different people (so that it’s not just one person blabbing on and on about how he saw God work and other people gawking on in disbelief). Whether you believe it or not, it’s still an unexplainable wonderful thing.

Thanks, God. You’re really amazing.
