God is supposed to be FUN

I’ve been living in a proverbial cave for the past 20 years of my life. Isn’t God supposed to be fun?! But it’s my fault, really. I have been taking things too seriously. Hey, I even got married! Just kidding.
A lot of people I know don’t equate God with fun. Google certainly doesn’t, apart from the hits I get on resources for teens and kids, though. So, maybe I didn’t have enough fun growing up.
Someone please tell me how the Bible can be fun. Or tell me how living a life worthy of his Name can be pleasurable and even addictive. I seem to have missed something out along the way.
I’m not really looking for examples on how to make the Bible fun. Kind of like how you can’t really make genocide fun. You can poke fun at it, but that inherently isn’t really good. And not to say that the Bible is all about genocide… I’m looking for elements of fun from the Scriptures. Some proof that God has a sense of humor, and still does.
Well, ok… I guess He does have a sense of humor, since he died for my sins. Haha… that’s kind of wacky, in a way. And he gave me unmerited grace. That’s also kind of nutty. And I guess he created all things for our enjoyment, so I need to be careful not to dismiss that.
I think I’ll just drop the whole idea that God is boring. Like how I used to think football was boring. And I’m sure you’ll disagree with me on that.
