Ho-hey, the apartment is supposed to be ready by this month, and pending approval from the authorities (let’s pray no bribery or other unscrupulous acts will take place), we should be moving in by October. At least this year, I hope!
It’s been a tiring long wait and I can’t seem to convince myself that I don’t need to move out of my parents’ place. I love them a lot, but I really want to move to a new place of my own.
That being said, I’m having to learn a lot of patience regarding finances and saving money. I used to think of savings in terms of months, and now I have to think in years. But that’s all good, and it’s stretching me a lot. I just have to find other ways of occupying myself that doesn’t require a lot of money.
