I love to travel
April 17th, 2007 by boon
My wife and I have a few things in common, and one of them is traveling. The last time we went somewhere, it was Bangkok. And before that we had 2 weeks in the UK, though that was partially a work trip. Next month, we’ll be going to Sipadan.
I would like to visit some really fascinating countries in Europe, like this picturesque photo of Austria. I have this odd desire to go to Sweden, and I think it’s because of IKEA. I find the culture and life of the Swedes and the Nordics quite fascinating.
Then, I also happen to drive an Italian car. I’ve heard some really interesting stories about trips to Rome and so on. I hope to go there some day.
And there’s Japan, which have a lot of cultural impact on many countries today, even though they generally don’t speak English very well. I have a friend who works in Tokyo, and I hope we can save enough cash to visit him before he decides to come home for good to Malaysia.
Anyway, I’ve decided to make Malaysia my home, and I hope I can earn enough money by the time I’m like, 40 or something, so that I can travel often enough to see the world, together with my wife and kids.
La la la… today is post-a-lot day.

You should definately go SWEDEN and visit IKEA!! I think you could spend days inside the Ikea mothership – where it all started you know? Do they do Ikea tours i.e. meet the designers, preview new designs!
Rome, Italy – definately a must!! The architecture, vibe, energy there is so ancient and regal and the food!
Tokyo, Japan – my personal favourite because of it’s food! Not just japanese, but its french pastries! And packaging. But I’m no big fan of it’s cramped spaces – everything small/cramp/packed!
I really wish I could fly again!!!!
Japanese for French pastries? Hmm.
You CAN fly again. You have to search deep down, and speak healing into that part of you that needs it. I’m sure you will fly again eventually. And definitely soon!
