Sunset on Bangsar
May 2nd, 2007 by boon
I took this photo last week, right about 7pm, when the sun was going down on Bangsar. You can see from here the concrete jungle of condominiums on Bangsar hill, overlooking the suburban maze.
My colleague pointed it out to us and I had my camera with me and took a few shots using different settings. It’s kinda hard to take a shot like this without an SLR, but I’m glad it turned out not too bad. I wished it had a bit more detail and color, but I think this works out okay for a point-and-shoot.
Maybe someday I’ll be able to afford to go into digital SLR photography.

it’s a great shot actually =)
Nice…I think I know which part of Bangsar this is. Is it near the Condos? I don’t remember the names
Hey, that photo really looks good. I like how the last rays of sun light cast out from the clouds. The golden colour of the rays offsets the dark houses very nicely.
very nice pic!
remarkably similar to my photo at http://maddruid.com/?p=1187

Thanks, guys.
miccobayb… I took this shot from Brickfields, from around KL Sentral. The whole Bangsar area past BSC after the climb from the Damansara Highway can be seen here, I think.
Hafiz, I think we work in the same office block! LOL
nice wut…i like the ray too…looks cool
Hey that’s a great photo. What camera did you use?

I’ve had a Sony Cybershot DSC-T5 for a while now and my pictures always come out crap. Must be my lack of photography skills.
Great shot! I think I can see my apartment in your photo…haha…=)
