After the negative food review for Eat Workshop, I present to you something even worse:

K3K Benta Kaya (from Kuala Lipis, Pahang) in SS15, Subang Jaya, near Taylors College.

Apart from the lovely decor, interesting indoor/outdoor facade, and over-friendly and over-zealous staff, this place SUCKS.

I had this ayam goreng rice thing, which was definitely something local, but came with overfried french fries. The rice was just plain rice with some coconut sauce. The chicken was just so-so. The french fries had body odor.

LL had the roti jala, which came in 3 miserable slices, and a chicken drumstick drowning in coconut curry. She didn’t think it was that great, either.

We also ordered this sweet chang, which is about the size of a ping pong ball. There were 3. They must think our stomachs are very small. The gula melaka wasn’t even thick enough.

And the i-cincau or whatever they call it… looked like it came from the longkang (drain). But my wife seemed to like it, cos she finished everything. My cham ais was so-so, but it cost two times the market rate.

Cost of this: RM25 and wasted time.

The next day, LL and I had diarrhea. I went to the toilet 2 times.
