I’ve been supportive of my wife during her exploration of her career since she left her first job working as a bank exec. She disliked the idea of a desk job, and was convinced there was more to life than writing reports.

She then chanced upon a role in financial planning, which didn’t quite work out as well as she thought, and sat down and thought real hard about her life and all that.

She’s just begun her new job in the education line, and it seems promising. I’m really quite happy for her, especially after so much encouragement and nights of prayer and talking… I’m happy that she is happy.

I’m looking forward to hearing more good things coming from her new job. As I am looking to more good things coming from my present job.
